About Me.

Anastasia is a versatile yoga instructor professionally trained by well-respected Integrity Center in the City of London; and Reiki practitioner attuned and certified by talented Reiki Masters - Michael Kaufmann and Anja Lenka.

Teaches vinyasa, yang | yin, mobility infused, Reiki yoga, corporate and pregnancy yoga welcoming all levels.

Resonating with clients' emotional and physical states, Anastasia equality enjoys teaching dynamic as well restorative - slower paced classes.

Hands-on adjustments for deeper alignment, light philosophy and one-breath-one-movement are essential ingredients in Anastasia's yoga. Playing with essential oils, candles, music and sound - to stimulate nervous system restoration and intensify meditative state while flowing-strengthening the body.

Practicing yoga since 2015, alongside her background in dancing and martial arts. Transitioned from her finance job to become a spiritual guru following her inner voice in 2021.

Coming from doctors and academics family, Anastasia's particularly passionate about neuroscience, biohacking and natural medicine paths.
